At Wendi Toys, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to dozens of customers across Europe, ensuring that we provide the highest level of responsiveness to you at all times.
Shipping costs depend on your selected item and delivery country. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, depending on the delivery address of the order. Please note that we are unable to offer shipping to certain islands, unfortunately.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are ready for dispatch within 48 hours after being placed. If your order is placed on Friday, it will be ready for dispatch on Monday.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 and 14 days to arrive, but delivery times may vary. For more detailed estimated shipping times for each country, click here.
You can return your product up to 14 days after receiving your order. Please ensure that the products are unused and undamaged. Keep the original packaging for the return. If the product is in perfect condition, the return cost must be covered by the customer. We can offer our shipping service to provide a better price.
